Über Jahre hinweg diente das etablierte Senior Management Meeting dazu, den internationalen Führungskräften neue Strategien, Innovationen und Ziele des Unternehmens zu präsentieren. Anlässlich seines neuen CEOs änderte sich jedoch der Anspruch an den Führungsstil und das Veranstaltungsformat.
Wir entwickelten das jährliche Meeting daraufhin zu einem neuen Format weiter. Unter dem Titel „Leadership Forum“ entstand ein dialogischer Versammlungsort mit symbolischen Auftrittsflächen inmitten des Top-Führungskreises des Unternehmens. Eingebettet in ein reduziertes mediales Framing nutzen wir das farbintensive Corporate Design zu einer abwechslungsreichen Bespielung relevanter Kernbotschaften und gemeinsamer Ziele. Fokus auf Inhalte und Dialog in reinster Form.

Since years, the established internal „Senior Management Meeting“ served to present new strategies, innovations and annual goals to the top executives. Driven by the new CEO, the understanding of a leadership culture evolved – together with the necessity for an entirely new conceptual approach.
Therefor we transformed the annual meeting to a new format entitled “Leadership Forum”. A forum for dialog on eye-to-eye level with symbolic stages in the midst of the company´s top-executive management. Embedded into a puristic media-surrounding, we made use of the colorful corporate design for a diversified and lively staging of key-messages and shared goals. Focus on content and dialogue as pure and concentrated, as it can be.
