Traditionell beginnt Novartis das Jahr mit einem aktivierenden Kick-Off Event für seine Mitarbeiter aus dem Innen- und Außendienst. Als Teil eines gemeinsamen Unternehmens besteht die Herausforderung vor allem darin, den zum Teil konkurrierenden Vertriebler der Marken 1A Pharma und Hexal gleichermaßen eine Plattform und Heimat zu geben.
Zu diesem Zweck nutzen wir die Hohlkehlen eines Filmstudios als flexible Projektionsflächen für gemeinsame Auftritts- und Spielorte. Auf ihnen schien sich vor dem Hintergrund der abgedunkelten Umgebung ein facettenreiches Farbspiel aus Licht sprichwörtlich zu materialisieren. Mit Hilfe dieses flexiblen Artworks gelang nicht nur ein eindrucksvoll ästhetisches Setdesign, sondern auch die Verknüpfung zentraler Botschaften: Jedes Produkt, jede Innovation und jeder Einzelne liefert eine wichtige Facette, die sich in ein Spektrum einfügt und zum gemeinsamen Erfolg beiträgt.

A new year for Novartis traditionally starts with an igniting kick-off event for it´s employees and sales teams. The core challenge here is to offer one platform and one identification to the competing participants representing 1A Pharma and Hexal , as they are at the same time part of one shared company,
For this reason, we used existing hollows in the set of a filmstudio as flexible backdrops for uniting speeches and lively program on stage. In an impressive appearance supported by the shaded surrounding, a symbolic game of colors figuratively merged into one powerful manifestation. Using a flexible visual artwork we created not only an aesthetical setdesign, but also a figurative interpretation of the core messages:
Each product, innovation and participant represents an important facet of an entire spectrum of future successes!
